Where is Apex Rolfes located?
Our warehouse and offices are based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We deliver nationwide and also cater to neighbouring countries.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online-based supplier. All orders are placed via our website or email.
Do you supply to the public or just to schools and retailers?
Both. While we are a wholesale-focused supplier, we also cater to individual customers through our online store.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. For bulk or institutional orders, please email us at sales@apexrolfes.com.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer cross-border shipping?
Yes, we supply wholesale orders to neighbouring countries. For individual cross-border orders, we can quote for shipping or you may use your own courier.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Local delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. Remote areas may take longer.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused, resalable items in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I return sale items?
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
What happens if I received a damaged product?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.

Product Information
Are your paints non-toxic and child-safe?
Yes. All Rolfes paints for children are certified non-toxic and comply with EN71 standards. Always supervise younger children during use.
Where are your products manufactured?
Most of our paints and art materials are proudly manufactured in South Africa, with select premium products sourced internationally. A select few are imported with safety and quality certifications.
Do you sell professional artist-grade supplies?
Yes. We stock artist-grade brands like Winsor & Newton, Golden, and Caran d’Ache, alongside our Rolfes student and scholastic ranges.
Can I use your products on multiple surfaces?
Most products include surface recommendations on the label. For example, our acrylics adhere to canvas, wood, plastic, and paper. Contact us if unsure.
Do your paints stain clothing?
Some paints may stain fabrics, especially if left to dry. We recommend protective clothing or aprons during use.
