This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are dispatched and delivered by Apex Rolfes.
We deliver nationwide within South Africa, including major cities and outlying areas. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Johannesburg, Gauteng, using trusted third-party courier partners such as The Courier Guy, Fastway, and PostNet. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer than standard timeframes.
We also support cross-border orders to neighbouring countries, including Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Eswatini (Swaziland), and Zambia. Cross-border shipping must be quoted separately.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by courier capacity, weather conditions, load shedding, customs delays, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery fees within South Africa are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
For cross-border orders, shipping costs will be quoted separately by our courier partners, or customers may arrange their own courier collection from our warehouse. All international shipping costs are for the customer’s account.
From time to time, Apex Rolfes may offer promotional free delivery or flat-rate shipping offers, subject to specific terms.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a tracking reference via email or SMS, allowing real-time tracking through the courier’s system.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or unavailability at the delivery address, additional courier charges may apply.
If an order arrives visibly damaged, customers must notify Apex Rolfes within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@apexrolfes.com, including the order number and clear photographs of the parcel and contents. Claims submitted outside this period may not be accepted.
For consumer orders within South Africa, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Apex Rolfes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control. Customers are required to inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any visible damage within 48 hours.
For non-consumer, wholesale, or cross-border orders, risk passes to the customer once goods leave our warehouse, unless otherwise agreed in writing, damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Apex Rolfes is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party courier services, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
All cross-border orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Return shipping for international orders is subject to prior approval and is generally for the customer’s account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
