Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority

At Apex Rolfes, we want you to love your products. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right — quickly and fairly.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is unusedunopened, and in original packaging
  • The product is in a resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is available (invoice or order number)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or copyright reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-cut or custom-printed products
  • Opened inks, paints, adhesives, or mediums
  • Brushes used or removed from their sealed packaging
  • Downloadable goods or digital items

Returns on Gifts & Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are considered final sale and unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible to receive a store credit or voucher equivalent to the value of the returned item.

To process a return for a gift:

  1. Contact our support team at sales@apexrolfes.com with your order details.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  3. If approved, a store credit code will be issued to your email, valid for 6 months from date of issue.
  4. Store credit can only be used on apexrolfes.com and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Faulty or defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Email: sales@apexrolfes.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

We’ll either:

  • Replace the item
  • Offer a full refund
  • Or issue store credit — based on your preference

Return Process

  1. Contact us first at sales@apexrolfes.com
  2. Provide your name, order number, item, and reason for return
  3. We’ll issue a return authorisation and return address
  4. Package the item securely and send it via a trackable courier

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method
  • If the item was part of a promotion, only the amount paid will be refunded
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different item or colour?

  • Please return your item first for a refund
  • Then place a new order for the desired product

Cross-Border Returns

Returns from outside South Africa must be approved in advance. Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Legal & Compliance

This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) of South Africa.
