Payment Methods We Accept

Online Checkout (Website Orders)

We currently support the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • Credit & Debit Cards via PayFast
    Fast, secure online card payments processed through South Africa’s trusted PayFast gateway.
  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
    Preferred for direct invoicing. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • SnapScan 
    A convenient QR-based payment option — Snap and pay in seconds.
  • Cryptocurrency Payments 
    Pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, or stablecoins — powered by our secure crypto payment gateway.
Direct Orders (Email or Invoice-Based)

For schools, institutions, or B2B clients placing orders via email:

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
    Preferred for direct invoicing. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • Purchase Orders
    Available to approved schools, businesses, and government entities.

EFT Payment Instructions

To pay via EFT:

  1. Place your order and select EFT at checkout.
  2. You’ll receive our banking details on the confirmation screen and by email.
  3. Use your Order Number as reference and email proof of payment to sales@apexrolfes.com.

We will begin processing your order once the payment clears.

PayFast & SnapScan

Our integration with PayFast is nearly complete. Once active, you’ll be able to pay via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Instant EFT
  • SnapScan
  • Zapper
  • More coming soon

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise arranged. Orders will be held for 72 hours pending payment before cancellation.

Important Notes

Payment methods may be updated from time to time. We do not currently accept cash deposits or cheques. Apex Rolfes reserves the right to refuse service if payment appears suspicious or fraudulent.

Note: Crypto and SnapScan options will be available soon. EFT is only for direct orders.
